Human anatomy is designed to familiarize students with basic human structures and functions. It is generally geared towards students entering into medical or advanced scientific fields. The course examines the human body and biological systems. Students will study anatomical terminology, cells, tissues and body systems. Students will complete hands-on activities and labs, independent projects, and research projects.

Daily work – 20% Most assignments are worth 100 points.
Lab – 25% If a lab day is missed, there may be an alternative assignment that will need to be completed.
